Nexus 3D Printing is a academic brand identity project for a print shop located on the Hastings sunrise. The Nexus 3D Printing project aims to establish an innovative brand identity targeting creators, designers, architects, engineers, and product designers. Through a modern, geometric design concept utilizing a blue and white palette and the Futura font, the project communicates precision and a tech-focused identity. Employing a strategic design process and advanced software skills, comprehensive marketing assets are created to effectively attract the target market. The project's effectiveness lies in its ability to establish a cohesive brand identity, appeal to the desired clientele, and align design decisions with project objectives, showcasing a strategic approach to brand identity development and communication.

The objectives of this academic project are to provide Nexus 3D Printing an innovative brand identity, attract a specific market, and create effective marketing materials. Nexus 3D Printing is appeals to creators, designers, architects, prototyping firms, engineers, and product designers who are looking for innovative 3D printing solutions.

The design concept of Nexus 3D Printing represents a modern approach to 3D printing, utilizing geometric design elements to reflect the intricate and precise nature of the technology. The colour palette uses blue and white conveys a modern, tech-focused vibe, aligning with the brand's forward-thinking identity. The font Futura helps defines the brands modern aesthetic. By integrating these elements consistently across all materials, Nexus 3D Printing establishes a cohesive and visually compelling brand presence.

The process involves employing  a unique brand identity, creating comprehensive marketing assets to effectively communicate the brand's message and the application of the corporate branding to a variety of assets. Geometric shapes, modern colour palette and typography, consideration of the target audience, and utilization of Illustrator and Photoshop were key design decisions made to align with the project objectives and effectively convey the brand's identity and values.

The design decisions implemented for the Nexus 3D Printing were effective by establishing a cohesive brand identity, appealing to the target audience, and communicating the brand's values and offerings clearly and effectively. The Nexus 3D Printing rationale demonstrates a strategic approach to brand identity through design thinking and visual problem solving to align the design choices with the project objectives, target audience to effectively communicate the brand's message and showcase skills used.
